Firstly the team was divided into two groups.  One exercised inside the stadium, focusing on strength and preventive work, whilst the other was on the pitch undergoing continuous running at different levels of intensity.  Following this, all players took part in a practice match.  Tissone and Flávio received therapeutic treatment and exercised in the gym.  La Academia player, Iván Rodríguez was in training with the first team today.
 
The Blue and Whites are back in training tomorrow, Thursday from 10 a.m. at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium.
