Willy Caballero’s operation goes well in Barcelona

Málaga Club de Fútbol player, Willy Caballero, underwent surgery today, Wednesday 28th March, at the Hospital Quirón in Barcelona to stabilize the fracture of the second metacarpal in his left hand.

The Malaguista keeper will remain in Hospital Quirón, where he was operated on by doctors Ramón Cugat and Xavier Cuscó, for the rest of the day.  He was accompanied by the Club’s Chief Medical Officer, Juan Carlos Pérez Frías.  Caballero will return to Málaga on Thursday 29th.
 
Willy Caballero was injured during the match against RCD Esapnyol, held at the Cornellà-El Prat stadium, and will now rest for the next two weeks.
