It was 2016 when the Club and the medical group began their relationship. The main centre located at La Rosaleda stadium, Vithas Salud Rincón Medical Centre, has established itself as one of the most important clinics in the capital.
From here on in, the union between Málaga CF and Vithas is strengthened with an agreement that allows the Blue and Whites’ club access to the best possible healthcare, with a number of points to highlight:
Medical checks
All the new incorporations, both from the MCF male and female first teams, as well as the reserve team, will undergo the relevant medical exam before signing to the Club either at Vithas Salud Rincón Medical Centre Rosaleda, or Hospital Vithas Parque San Antonio.
Surgical interventions
Málaga CF players suffering with injury of a certain severity, requiring surgery, will be operated on by doctors from the Club – or their ‘mutua’ - at Hospital Vithas Parque San Antonio in the capital.
Complementary tests
The medical checks carried out during a football campaign, tests, MRIs, radiology on the Málaga CF players (male and female first teams and reserve team) at Vithas Salud Rincón Medical Centre Rosaleda.
Ambulance
During the matches played at home by Málaga CF, Málaga CF Femenino and Club Atlético Malagueño, an ambulance service will be available for the three Malaguista teams.
