All 7-a-side teams within The MCF Academy and women’s teams from the MCF School headed to the ‘Juan Cortés’ press room at La Rosaleda on Tuesday to meet with homegrown players Iván Rodríguez and Harper and Málaga CF Femenino players Dominika and María Ruiz.
They are, without doubt, players to look up to for all the boys and girls that form the foundation of Blue and White grassroots football, as they gave the ‘Blue and White Values’ talk that the MCF Foundation, with the collaboration of Obra Social ‘la Caixa’, takes to schools throughout the city.
During this master class, the four players talked to the children about values such as friendship, fair play, camaraderie and also offered tips and advice on healthy eating habits, caring for the environment and hygiene.
At the end of the talk, the kids in attendance enjoyed a question and answer session with the players.
