Following an initial video session in La Rosaleda’s press room, the team stepped on to the pitch where they focused on continuous running, various warm-up exercises using the ball, rounds and a mini-match.  Amrabat and Juanmi exercised separately from the group, under the instruction of physical trainer, Hugo Camarero, whilst Flávio, Chen and Sergio Sánchez continued with their recovery from injury.
 
The team is heading to La Coruña tomorrow, Saturday on a charter flight leaving at 10:30 a.m.
