Following an initial video session in the Juan Cortés press room at La Rosaleda, the team underwent continuous running, dynamic rounds in midfield and various physical exercises.  After taking part in rounds in different groups, the players worked on goal-shooting practice and set pieces.  Flávio trained separately from his teammates this morning, focusing on ball work under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero, whilst Sergio Sánchez, Juanpi, Chen and Rafa de Vicente trained in the gym.  Sporting director, Mario Husillos was present at this morning’s session.
 
The Blue and Whites will undergo a closed training session tomorrow morning at La Rosaleda, before heading to THB Reserva del Higuerón where they’ll stay until tomorrow night’s match against RCD Espanyol.
