The team finalised preparations at their stadium for Saturday’s match against UD Almería (18:00). Everyone was available, with the exception of homegrown players Ramón and Ismael.
The Málaga CF squad continued preparations to welcome UD Almería to La Rosaleda stadium, on LaLiga SmartBank matchday 4. The first Andalusian derby of the season for Víctor Sánchez del Amo’s team, who will be seeking to give their fans a victory.
The session kicked off with a special visit this morning. Pablo, a young Malaguista from A Coruña, was invited to training by the coaching team and players. He got to see the dressing room and meet all the members of the team, had a photo with the team on the pitch and watched the training session together with his family.
Following the special visit by Pablo, the players trained for an hour and a half under the orders of the Malaguista coach. After carrying out the warm-up and various physical activation exercises, Víctor arranged his players on the pitch to focus on tactics and strategy.
Ramón and Ismael Casas trained in the gym this morning, both recovering from injuries to the shoulder and calf muscle, respectively. Homegrown players Gonzalo, Kellyan and Adrián (Juvenil goalkeeper), Juande, Cristo, Iván Jaime and Hugo were in first team training as usual.
