Pablo Guede’s men stepped on to the pitch at 10:30 to undergo physical activation training and work with the ball at the Annexe during the first part of the session. They subsequently moved to La Rosaleda Stadium to focus on set pieces and mini matches, with the ball taking centre stage, until around 12:00.
Luis Muñoz, Jonas Ramalho, Esteban Burgos and Unai Bustinza were in training outside the group, undergoing recovery treatment in the gym.
In regard to homegrown players, Loren Zúñiga, Haitam, Víctor Olmo, Andrés Caro and Dani Lorenzo were in training today. The latter two at a lesser pace, suffering with discomfort to the left patellar tendon and right quadriceps, respectively.
Málaga CF will head to Aragón today, first by train to Zaragoza, then by bus to Huesca. Tomorrow, Sunday at 21:00, Huesca-Málaga will get underway, corresponding to matchday 5 of LaLiga SmartBank.
