Training
Third session of the week with more players available

The ‘Malaguista’ first team was back in training this Wednesday morning for over an hour and a half, at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium. On a positive note, Amrabat and Juanpi trained normally for the entire session.

For the third consecutive day, Roque Santa Cruz trained at the same intensity as his teammates, as did both Nordin Amrabat and Juanpi Añor.  Exercising separately from the group was Camacho who underwent continuous running and specific training, under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero.  Flávio focused on recovery treatment in the gym.

Due to the absence of the internationals: Kameni, Ochoa, Rosales, Boka and Horta, coach, Javi Gracia counted on – as well as the usual reserve team players, Aarón and Pablo Fornals – Samu Casado (goalkeeper), Álex Robles (right-back), Alberto López (left-back) and Javi Ontiveros (right-winger), the latter having been integrated within the first team since Monday.

A group of children from the ‘Mohammed VI Football Academy’ visited this morning’s session, guided by Club adviser, Abdullah Ben Barek.

Málaga CF returns to training tomorrow, Thursday from 6:30 p.m. at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium.
