The MBC, a masterclass in leadership

The Málaga CF Business Club attended the San Telmo Business School where they received a training and networking talk on improving management decision making.

'The MBC' is always advancing and progressing. Málaga CF’s Business Club visited the San Telmo Foundation’s San Telmo Business School on Wednesday. Like last season, the business club members visited the facilities and received an enriching talk. On this occasion, the subject matter was ‘How to improve management decision making’.

The formative talk, which concluded with a cocktail and networking session, was developed through the Case Study Method. Teachers at the San Telmo Business School, Rafel Ollero Calatayud, director of Training and Improvement Programs in Málaga and Enrique Garrido were in charge of holding the talk on improved decision making.

Subsequently, Emérito Béjar Medina explained the Pymes Program.

The members of the business club got to know first-hand the teaching method of San Telmo and their vast array of offerings within the Málaga headquarters.

The event came to an end with Aje Málaga and GastroClub Málaga, with whom a networking session was held.

A total of 15 companies belonging to the business club (BeSoccer, CaixaBank, Cocacola, Diario Sur, Docunova, EnPie, Grupo 2000, Grupo ANP, Grupo Protect, Goleman, Pinturas Andalucía, RUT, Sanamar, Vodafone and Vázquez Olmedo) didn’t want to miss out on this learning opportunity.

With initiatives like this, ‘The MBC’ seeks to assist its members in their training and professional improvement via the best experts on the subject.
