To coincide with International Women’s Day, numerous events are taking place in honour of women and the importance of the growth and education of equality. This is why the MCF Foundation created an initiative based on visits to various schools in the province to talk about equality in football.
Málaga CF Femenino players Edna, Ana Buceta, Noelia Gil, Arantxa, Judith, María Ruiz, Lucía and Carol, as well as Blue and White women’s team coach, José Herrera, accompanied by Málaga Genuine players, were in charge of hosting these talks.
CEIP Blas Infante de Casares, CEIP Las Albarizas (Marbella), CEIP Torrijos (Alhaurín de la Torre), CEIP Isaac Peral (Alhaurín de la Torre), IES Miraflores de los Ángeles (Málaga) and IES Cánovas del Castillo, also in the capital, were the schools visited by the Blue and Whites.
The tour resumes on Tuesday 10th March at CEIP Augusto Santiago Bellido de Vélez Málaga and CEIP Marqués de Iznate featuring players, Lucía and Carol.
