The Entity holds its General Shareholders’ Meeting

Málaga CF held its Annual General Meeting of shareholders this Monday 29th April at La Rosaleda stadium’s meeting room.

The Board of Directors, chaired by Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Al Thani, approved according to the legally established quorum, the points included on the agenda.

Present at the AGM were Club advisers Abdullah Ben Barek and Francisco Martín Aguilar, as well as a representation of the Martiricos entity’s Minority Shareholders.

The Annual Accounts for the year corresponding to 2017/18, as well as the management of the Board of Directors for the same period were approved. The period from 1st July 2017 and 30th June 2018 revealed some of the best results in history in terms of profits for Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D.
