Tactical work takes priority ahead of #MálagaAlavés

The team was in training this Friday morning at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium. Over an hour and a half of tactical work using the ball, and the return of Camacho, who completed a good part of the session with his teammates, was the order of the day.

As has been the norm since the arrival of Míchel, technical talks and exercises with the ball took precedence over today’s session. Like the rest of the week, goalkeepers; Kameni, Boyko, Aarón and Guille Lara were in action, plus another 23 players. Camacho was back with the group, the only new addition of the day. Homegrown players; Kuki, Ontiveros, En-Nesyri and Luis Muñoz were also present.

Juanpi, who is progressing well with the treatment he’s receiving for his groin discomfort, remained in the gym today, alongside reserve team goalkeeper, Samu Casado. Meanwhile, Recio stepped on to the pitch to undergo specific work with the ball, at a good pace. Koné and Kuzmanovic are in France and Switzerland respectively, continuing with their recoveries from injury.

Tomorrow, Saturday at 18:30, Málaga CF will welcome Deportivo Alavés to La Rosaleda, for the 27th LaLiga Santander 2016/17 match.
