During Málaga CF Femenino’s training session we can see various figures on the pitch. The players, who make up the bulk of the team, the coach and assistant coach directing the team, physical trainers, physiotherapists and kit managers. They all make up the perfect group, however, one more person is needed off the pitch. With a higher view of the system of play, connected via bluetooth technology to the rest of the coaching team and with a screen as reference, we find the tactical analyst.
Miguel Aquino fulfils this role within the Málaga CF women’s team. His work behind the scenes serves to help the team improve in every game, a role that has gained in prominence over the years and that today is essential within any team.
