The Club’s judicial administrator, José María Muñoz chaired the meeting in which Rafael Paniza (Office of GARRIGUES ABOGADOS) acted as secretary, under the notarial presence of Manuel Tejuca García.
Members of the Association of Small Shareholders, Antonio Aguilera, Jesús Burgos, Francisco Valverde and José Miguel Bandera, as well as Málaga CF’s Protocol and Institutional Relations adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar attended. In addition, José María acted as representative of NAS Football and NAS Spain.
Málaga Club de Fútbol S.A.D held a General Shareholders' Meeting unanimously approving the annual accounts, the management of the Administrative Body and the application of the results, amongst others, of the 2020/2021 season.
