Second training session of the week

Málaga CF continued with the summer preparations that kicked off yesterday, Monday. The majority of the squad was in training at La Rosaleda’s annexe whilst certain teammates continued with the relevant medical tests.

Back to work for the Blue and Whites in the initial stages of the recently started pre-season. In this second session of the week, the players underwent exercises with the ball and physical work during a morning where the high temperatures again took centre stage.

Malaguista coach, Víctor Sánchez del Amo was absent from this session to watch the friendly fixture between Atlético Malagueño and English Championship side, Reading FC in Estepona. In addition, Dani Pacheco, M. Santos, Ontiveros, Renato Santos and Juankar were also absent from the session, as they carried out the routine physical and medical tests. Mula, for personal reasons and with the Club’s permission, and Luis Hernández who is following a conservative treatment plan in the gym, complete the list of absentees.

The team is called-up for another training session tomorrow, Wednesday at the same time and location. Then in the afternoon, the expedition will head to Estepona to begin the summer stage of pre-season training.
