For approximately an hour an a half, Portuguese trainer, Jesualdo Ferreira supervised his men while they exercised and, as its now become usual for the preseason, they had a lot of ball practice. Added to the regular mini games was exercises in attack-defence and crosses into the centre.

The main news of the session was that Juanito and Jesús Gámez were fit enough to return to the group, which only left Patrick Mtiliga training on his own.

The squad will continue training this afternoon from 18.30 hrs. Tomorrow morning the team will rest before their first friendly game against Mainz 05 which kicks off at 15.30 hrs.
