Málaga Club de Fútbol returned to training this Wednesday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium’s Annexe following a two-day break.
Sergio Pellicer’s players took to the pitch around 10:30. The morning session featured an initial tactical talk, physical warm-up exercises, technical drills with the ball, and small-sided games played on half and three-quarter fields.
Dani Lorenzo participated in part of the session, partially rejoining the group, which was missing Luismi. The midfielder from Cádiz, who had to leave the pitch in the 7th minute of the recent Málaga vs. Córdoba match, is dealing with a hamstring injury in his left leg and remains under evaluation.
Long-term injury absentees Haitam and Ramón continue with their respective recovery processes under the supervision of the club’s medical staff.
Reserve team defender Ángel Mateo trained with the first team, as did Juvenil goalkeeper Lucas, along with regulars Chupe, Rafa, Antoñito, Izan Merino, and Ochoa.
Málaga CF will resume training tomorrow, Thursday at 10:30 at La Rosaleda’s facilities.
