The team trained on the main Martiricos pitch for the first time this preseason on Tuesday, as preparations continue ahead of tomorrow’s Costa del Sol Cervezas Victoria Cup.
The second training session of the week got underway at around 09:15. Physical activation, a group round and ball-based technical and tactical work were the main focus of the session.
As was the case yesterday, Fernando Calero and Carlos Dotor were absent. The centre-back is recovering from fractures to his ninth, 10th and 11th left ribs, while the midfielder is sidelined with a grade I injury to the medial collateral ligament in his right knee. Both players remain under observation.
Juanpe and Aaron Ochoa once again completed specific, partial training, while Murillo and Moussa continued with their respective recovery programmes.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, at 21:00 at La Rosaleda, Málaga CF and Fulham FC will contest the 36th edition of the Costa del Sol Cervezas Victoria Cup.
