Back to work for Málaga CF this Tuesday morning, following a day off yesterday, at the Ciudad de Málaga. Javi Ontiveros is now reincorporated into the group headed up by Juan Ramón Muñiz.
The first session of the week alternated between physical work and exercises with the ball for an hour and 45 minutes approximately. The main news of the day is the gradual return to the group of Javi Ontiveros. Like the Marbella-born winger, also training with the first team today were homegrown players Sergio Chica, Alberto López, Iván Jaime and Keidi Bare, as well as goalkeepers Kellyan and Gonzalo plus regular fixtures Iván Rodríguez and Jack Harper.
Cifuentes and Boulahroud stayed in the gym this morning to undergo preventive training. In addition, Koné (gym and pitch) and Juankar underwent therapeutic treatment, as did Blanco Leschuk. The striker, injured before Saturday’s match against CD Lugo, is suffering with an acromioclavicular dislocation (type I) to his left shoulder, pending development. Luis Hernández remains in Madrid with the Club’s permission, as he continues his recovery.
Tomorrow, Wednesday from 10:00, Málaga Club de Fútbol will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium’s facilities.
