Málaga Club de Fútbol trained this Thursday at La Rosaleda’s Annexe, their second-to-last session before their upcoming match against Racing Club Ferrol.
Around 10:30, Sergio Pellicer's players took to the pitch at the Annexe. As usual, after a warm-up session, the focus of the morning's work was on technical and tactical exercises with the ball.
In terms of individual players, there were no changes. 20 first-team players were available, along with five footballers from Atlético Malagueño, who are under the coach’s orders: Andrés Céspedes, Chupe, Rafa, Salguero, and Alexis Chamorro.
Aside from the squad, long-term injured players Dani Lorenzo, Haitam, and Ramón are continuing with their respective recovery processes. Also absent, as they are with their respective U-19 national teams, are Izan Merino and Antoñito (Spain) and Ochoa (Ireland).
Tomorrow, Friday, the team will return to training at La Rosaleda Stadium facilities at 17:30.
