La Academia del Málaga Club de Fútbol has another champion this season: the boys in ‘Primera Alevín A’, for the second consecutive year, winning 24 out of their 26 matches, with no defeats.
Coached by Andrés Domingúez and Juan Carlos Domínguez, ‘Primera Alevín A’ won their last match away to La Unidad by 5-8, a result which has seen them become League Champions. “The majority of these 15 boys that make up the team have never won a league title in the lower categories, so it’s a great experience for them”, commented Andrés, who went on to say, “our aim was not to win, but to train the boys in this important transition from seven-a-side to 11-a-side football, and prepare them as much as possible to move up to ‘Alevín Preferente”.
“We’ve worked so hard for this, and we’re so pleased to have won the League (and for the second consecutive year with Alevín A), but the improvement and development of the boys has been amazing”, says Andrés Domínguez.
Congratulations to the coaching team and players in ‘Primera Alevín A’, another Blue and Whites triumph for the La Academia del Málaga Club de Fútbol.
