MCFF preseason kicks off tomorrow, headed up by Ayala

Summer preparations get underway tomorrow for the women’s first team at the Roma Luz CF football ground. José Antonio Martínez ‘Ayala’ will be at the helm of the team.

Málaga CF Femenino’s preseason gets underway on Wednesday 4th August. The Blue and Whites will be in training at the Roma Luz CF football ground – the home venue for the upcoming season – and will get to know the new coaching team, with Ayala as coach.

Manolo Hernández Navarrete will welcome the coach and team accompanied by his inseparable Isa Guerrero, who from now on will join Manolo as an adviser to the MCFF Sports Commission, a body made up of the four coaching staff from the Club’s women's teams.

The principal task will be the satisfactory sporting development of women's football in Malaga. To do this, regular meetings will be held with the aim of developing synergies and a highly beneficial joint network for the future of Málaga CF Femenino.

A project that relies on a man from the house for the first team, Ayala, who has progressed as a coach within women’s football since he joined the Cadete MCFF coaching team. The charismatic coach, who was also a Blue and White player, will be accompanied by his right-hand man Marco Calle; Fabio Rodríguez as physical trainer; Dani Fernández, also a former player, as goalkeeping coach; Ana Madrid as physiotherapist; and Fran Cerdeira as delegate.

Good luck!
