  • The legend of Dely Valdés. ‘Panagol’ spent three seasons with Real Oviedo (1997-00) and another three with Málaga CF (2000-03). He’s the Club’s highest ever scorer in the elite, with 38 goals. In the First Division with Oviedo, he scored one more, to total 39.
  • The fifth time Málaga CF and Real Oviedo will play at La Rosaleda in the Second Division. The past four matches ended in two wins for the Malaguistas (3-0 in 18/19 and 2-1 in 19/20) and two draws (1-1 in 20/21 and 0-0 in 21/22).
