Since 1999, Kameni became the Málaga CF player who completed the most consecutive matches (65), overtaking the 50-match record held by ‘Koke’ Contreras (1999/00 and 2000/01 seasons). That said, the record number of consecutive games is held by José María Movilla, at 68 (44 were complete matches, and 4 were as a substitute).

Fernando Peralta debuted in a First Division match with CD Málaga against Sporting de Gijón, held at La Rosaleda on 04/09/1982. At 21 years and 20 days old, he became the youngest goalkeeper to defend the CD Málaga shirt in the First Division.
Gundemaro Paniceres, CD Málaga player in 1946/47, scored the first goal for Sporting de Gijón in the First Division in 1944/45.
