Málaga CF is heading to Nuevo Los Cármenes to face Granada CF on LaLiga 1|2|3 matchday 33. Kick-off is tomorrow, Saturday at 18:00.

Ben Barek, the legend

The Club adviser and Malaguista legend, played for Granada CF between 1956 and 1958, achieving First Division promotion in 1957. During his time with Granada, he played a total of 30 official matches (3 goals). In 1958 he signed to CD Málaga where he remained until 1968, taking part in 215 matches and scoring 14 goals. With CD Málaga he earned 3 promotions to the First Division and 1 to the Second Division. From 1978 to 1980 he coached Granada CF in the Second Division. The following season he moved to the CD Málaga bench, later also coaching the now extinct Blue and White team (1990-92).
