The Sports Management of the Club falls into the hands of a man who knows the house well. Manuel Gaspar Haro, born on 3rd February 1981 in the Málaga neighbourhood of El Palo, becomes the new head of said department on an interim basis.
Gaspar trained as a professional football player in the Málaga CF youth ranks, where he achieved the historic ascent to the Second Division with the reserve team. He was part of the Blue and White first team for three campaigns during which his commitment and fighting spirit on the right wing of the defence saw him win the love of the stands at Martiricos.
Subsequently he became a professional within the sporting department and began to carry out the role of scouter for the Entity in the 13/14 campaign. His good work earned him the confidence of the sports management and he became technical secretary for Málaga CF in the 17/18 season.
Following years of ongoing training within organisations such as the RFEF and with an accumulation of experience, Manolo Gaspar is perfectly qualified and prepared to take on his new role on an interim basis.
