Another provincial derby for Atlético Malagueño who got back to their winning ways after beating Vélez in a match that was decided at the very end and which was marked by a player from each team being sent off in the second half.  Before, in minute 33 of the match, Adrián pushed Jaime Molina’s men forward on the scoreboard.
 
In the second half, the match was balanced out firstly by the sending off of goalie Jarillo, followed by the expulsion of Malaguista, Paco; but secondly in terms of scoring with Pino getting the second Málaga goal, then followed by Juanfri doing the same.  This meant that Atlético Malagueño took the three points and continue in the promotion area to Second Division B.
