The first away match for Josep Clotet’s boys this year resulted in a defeat in Vélez Málaga.  Atlético Malagueño had several chances to get on the scoreboard in the first half, but failed to take advantage of their opportunities.  In the second half, the locals took the lead, although the ‘Malaguistas’ were determined to equalise.
 
Despite not coming away with a win, the willingness and attitude of the Blue and Whites in this match was certainly something to be proud of.
