Statements by Antonio Utrera, Málaga CF Liga Promises coach

“La Liga Promises is a gift for all the clubs that can participate. It’s a great initiative for women’s football, where the girls can show their qualities within a professional framework, as at times society has not admitted a space for women in the sport. This first edition is going to be great and strong enough for women’s football to be consolidated in our country”.

“La Liga Promises has always been based on the Alevín category. All the teams that have taken part in the professional league will be playing, so the competitive level will be pretty high”.

“They’re very happy, very excited and can’t wait for the day to arrive. We’ll be working hard over the coming days until the competition starts”.

“The main objective is to enjoy the competition, but we’re going to try and win”.
