Monday recovery session following yesterday’s match

Málaga CF trained this morning at the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF. Players who logged the most minutes worked at a lower intensity than the rest of the squad.

As was the case last week, apart from Saturday, the team bus left La Rosaleda shortly before 10:30, heading to the training ground where the MCF Academy teams train and play.

The session began with a tactical briefing, followed by physical activation exercises and a group warm-up, before moving on to tactical work with the ball in small spaces. The players who did not start the #MálagaRealSociedad match worked at a higher intensity.

Diego Murillo, Juan Cruz, Aaron Ochoa and Julen Lobete continued their respective recovery programmes away from the group.

Málaga will return to training tomorrow, Tuesday, at 10:30 at the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF.
