Luis Hernández: “The key is to make La Rosaleda a fortress”

The Blue and White defender analysed the Malaguistas’ upcoming match against Extremadura UD: “We’ve got an important match ahead which, if we win, will move us closer to our objective. We’re going to focus everything on winning the three points”.

Defeat against Granada CF

“It was a tough blow for the team, for the fans. In fact, it was probably the worst we’ve had so far, but we’ll see. There are nine games remaining, we’re recovering and looking forward to facing Saturday’s match and the rest of them with maximum enthusiasm. We’re fighting for the goal we set out at the beginning of the season”.

Second Division, highly changeable

“The match didn’t go how we wanted it to. We let it escape due to two details. The team showed spirit and heart in the search of an equaliser, but it wasn’t to be. It’s true that we’re further away than we were last week, but five or six matchdays ago Granada were lower down. There are points still at stake. We need to react on Saturday and from now on, as we face this game with all we’ve got in order to claim the three points”.

Achieving victory against Extremadura UD

“We’ve come from a tough defeat, but we’re excited and convinced. We’ve got an important match ahead which, if we win, will move us closer to our objective. The standings will change a great deal from here until the end of the season”.

#MálagaTodosAUna

“This is Málaga, and Málaga is the players, the president, the fans, the journalists, everyone. Together we need to return the team back to where it deserves to be”.

La Rosaleda must be a fortress for all

“Of the remaining games, we have five at home, and I believe this is the key from here until the end. We must make La Rosaleda a fortress, as we did at the start of the season. Winning the three points is the objective we have to set. The three points have to remain at La Rosaleda every weekend from here on in”.
