Following a physical start in the stadium’s interior galleries that extended to past 10:30, the team prioritised tactical training with the ball in an intense, hot two-hour session.
Renato Santos and Diego González returned to normal training this morning. Outside the group were Juankar, Boulahroud and Cifuentes, suffering with physical discomfort pending evolution.
The MCF Academy was again a protagonist in today’s session. Goalkeepers Gonzalo, Kellyan and Adrián Quintela; as well as Juande, Cristo, Antoñín and Hicham were all present. Another four reserve team players were new to training today: defenders, Abqar and César Llopis, winger, Juan Cruz and forward, Julio.
Meanwhile, Pacheco and homegrown player Hugo alternated between training in the gym and continuous running on the pitch. Lorenzo, Munir, Juanpi, Mikel, reserve team player Keidi and juvenil Ramón are the players absent on international duty.
Tomorrow, Thursday from 10:00, the team will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
