“I felt fine. Considering it was an intensely physical match for 95 minutes, I felt good. Over summer I trained on my own with a physical trainer, and I prepared well for this moment. Training sessions are intense and I’m a player who tries to maintain form during training as it’s the best way to face matches. Both in the match against Osasuna, when I came out in the final minutes, as with this match, physically I felt fine. Competing is different, and you always have room for improvement. I hope to continue improving”.

“The truth is that the debut against Osasuna was somewhat chaotic due to the circumstances. It was bittersweet as I got to debut wearing the Málaga shirt, but we obtained a negative result. It was the same the other day as well because the team played a great match most of the time, and we let it get away at the end. Now we’re going back home, back to La Rosaleda, which is where we feel more secure, and we cannot wait for the match.
