La Rosaleda to host Spain – Venezuela on 29th February

The Royal federation of Spanish Football (‘RFEF’) held the official presentation of the forthcoming international friendly between Spain and Venezuela today, Friday 20th January. The match is to be held at La Rosaleda on 29th February at 9.30 p.m.

The Spain – Venezuela game is to be the last one before Spain’s manager, Vicente del Bosque, announces which players are to be called-up for Euro 2012 duty.  The presentation of the match, organised by the Association of Spanish Footballers (‘AFE’) took place in the Federation’s base in Las Rozas, Madrid.  Those in attendance included Del Bosque, the RFEF Secretary-General, Jorge Pérez; the President of Málaga’s Provincial Government, Elías Bendodo; the Manager of the Millenium Consortium of Granada, Francisca Pleguezuelos; and the former international referee and current Director of Sport at Málaga City Hall, Antonio Jesús López Nieto.
