Kameni returns for penultimate training session of the week

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s first team had a training session today, Friday 16th March, the penultimate session this week in the Ciudad de Málaga Stadium.

Pellegrini’s men underwent their training session today, starting with the usual running and stretching exercises, moving on to further practice with and without the ball, and attacking strategies.  The players took part in a practice match at the end of training, with the group divided into 3 teams.

Those not included in this training session were Juanmi, Toulalan – who remains out of the Madrid match suffering with a bone edema – who underwent specific training in the gym, whilst Joaquín Sánchez, suffering with groin strain, did a lighter session, and running around the pitch, along with Enrique Ruiz.  Goalkeeper Kameni returned to the group, training with keeper coach Xabi Mancisidor, with team mates Rubén and Willy Caballero.

Málaga’s first team return to training tomorrow, Saturday 17th March, at La Rosaleda from 10:30am, moments before the team line up is released for the Real Madrid match at Santiago Bernabéu, and coach Manuel Pellegrini’s press conference.
