‘Juvenil División de Honor’ boys receive warm welcome at La Rosaleda
Málaga CF’s ‘Juvenil’ team from La Academia was the star of the show before today’s kick-off. Manel Ruano’s boys stepped on to the pitch at La Rosaleda to great applause from the crowd following their Group 4 championship win in the ‘Juvenil’ category.
After securing first place in the group, the ‘Juvenil de División de Honor’ boys now know their rivals for the Copa de Campeones taking place from 3rd to 9th May in Almuñécar (Granada), as well as the Copa del Rey Juvenil.
Manel Ruano’s boys are in Group B in the Copa de Campeones, along with Rayo Vallecano, Villarreal and Real Sociedad, with the first match scheduled to take place on 4th May at 5 p.m. against Rayo Vallecano.
In the Copa del Rey Juvenil, the ‘Malaguistas’ will face CF Damm in the first round first leg in Málaga on 17th May.
