Thursday training at the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF

The team trained this morning at the Abdallah Ben Barek Stadium, the main pitch at the Blue and White training ground.

With the aim of managing the workload on the pitches at La Rosaleda, the squad changed training venues today, moving to the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF after working at the Annexe yesterday.

Juanfran Funes’ squad completed their penultimate training session of the week during an international break, with the players set to have Saturday and Sunday off.

Einar and Cruz followed individual load-management programmes, while Cajuste, Aznou, Murillo, Aaron Ochoa and Lobete continued to train away from the group as they remain unavailable due to injury.

Málaga will return to training at La Rosaleda tomorrow, Friday, at 10:30.
