The Blue and Whites’ player underwent the surgical procedure at Complejo Hospitalario Integral Privado (CHIP), undertaken by first team traumatologist, Vicente de la Varga under the supervision of Juan Carlos Pérez Frías, head of medical services at the Club.
A tenotomy of the adductor longus muscles was carried out (to remove the existing tension in the area). The operation was undertaken successfully and the Malaguista player remains under observation.
