Joaquín: “We created very well upfront but we were missing the goal”

Cazorla:
“It has been a very equal game in which we were unable to convert the chances unlike them. Soldado was the key difference and he showed just how important he is.”

“The result is much less than deserved, it’s little sad after what we did. Valencia is a great team and with the 2-0 results, it becomes more of an uphill struggle.”

Joaquín:
“Coming back to what was your home five years is always nice and I’ve tried to enjoy it.”

“It was a game where we were missing a goal. We are trying to create and we should have more luck in this respect and in defence. With the 1-0 we still had our chances, but the 2-0 almost closed down the match.”
