The juvenil defender, who this year has excelled in the ranks of Atlético Malagueño, returns to the U-18 starting line-up. Ismael was part of Santi Denia’s line-up that was defeated by the Czech Republic by 1-2. The Malaguista was substituted in minute 52 by his teammate Iván Morante.
Spain’s setback doesn’t tarnish a great first phase of the competition, with two out of three victories in the Slovakia Cup 2019 and qualification to the tournament final. The rival in the final is England, taking place tomorrow, Friday (18:00) to win the prestigious title.
