The ‘Malaguistas to the Core’ from Frigiliana couldn’t have had a better debut at La Rosaleda. They enjoyed #MálagaFuenla, cheering on the team, along with the rest of the Malaguista fans, taking the Blue and Whites to victory.

With Mayor Alejandro Herrero at the helm, the nearly 150 Malaguistas from Frigiliana, from the “Peña Malaguista de Frigiliana Fernando Sanz’”, arrived at La Rosaleda Stadium in three buses, one of which was the official first team bus.

Once at Martiricos, the Axarquia fans donned this season’s home jersey, bringing more Blue and White colour to the stands and displaying a ‘Peña Aguanosa - Frigiliana’ banner.

The first ‘Malaguistas to the Core’ were also represented in the ‘palco de autoridades’ by Mayor of the town, Alejandro Herrero.

In the run-up to the match, Frigiliana was mentioned over the loudspeaker, a promotional video of the town was shown on the big screen and their ‘Andalusian light’ was reflected on the LED at the foot of the pitch.

Moreover, on the first floor of the Frigiliana box there was a stand featuring typical products of the area: oil, wine, mangoes, chocolate, honey, craft beer, chocolate…

The fans from Axarquia enjoyed the victory, celebrated Peybernes’ goal and on their return to the bus home a picnic awaited them!
