Five 'Infantiles' from Malaga’s Youth Academy, Andalusian champions with La Malagueña
Malaga’s Infantiles football team won the Andalusian championship this weekend in Úbeda (Jaén). Five players from Malaga’s Youth Academy Infantil A team helped defend the team: Essel, Ismael, Ruben, Álex Bauti and Kornelis.
Malaga were very consistent during the Championship, overcoming Cádiz (0-1), Córdoba (2 - 0) and Jaén (0-2), all three results giving them the Passport to the final against Sevilla, where they won 2-0 with two goals from Malaguista, Bauti.
At the same time, the Andalusian Cadete Championship took place with a different run of luck for Malaga, this time involving Malaguistas Ernesto, Juande, Fidel, Alex Robles, Yousef and Serralvo, who tied against Cádiz (1-1), lost against Córdoba (2-3) and won the Jaén (2-4).
