Everton FC taking part in the Costa del Sol Trophy Tournament

The English Premier League team, Everton Football Club, will be Málaga Club de Fútbol’s rival in the Costa del Sol Trophy, taking place on Saturday 11th August, the time is yet to be confirmed. The XXIX event will see Pellegrini’s men taking part, ahead of their Champions League play-off. Everton finished the season in seventh place in the Premier League.

Everton Football Club is one of the most prestigious Premier League teams.  Dating back to 1878, Everton is the Club who has played in the Premier League the most (105), been champions nine times – the last being in 1986/87.  They’ve also been FA Cup winners five times, the last in 94/95, and the European Cup Winners Cup in 1985.
