Following the initial warm-up, the team was divided into three groups and alternated between different work stations and focused on ball triangulation.
 
As with this morning’s session, Flávio and Tissone worked separately from the group, under the instruction of physical trainer, Hugo Camarero, whilst Casado underwent specific exercises in the gym.
 
Tomorrow morning the team are back in training from 9.  Following the session, they will attend the Church of the ‘Divina Pastora’ and will perform the traditional floral offering to the Patron of National Sport.
