The called-up Málaga CF players are: A. Herrero, C. Puga, Einar, Pastor, Ramón, Haitam, Dotor, Chupe, D. Larrubia, Joaquín, Salinas, Carlos López, Rafa R., Recio, Jauregi, Cruz, Dani Lorenzo, Izan M., Lobete, Otu, Rafita and Juani.

It is worth highlighting the inclusion of homegrown players Otu (shirt number 28) and Juani (shirt number 32), who would make their official first team debuts for Málaga CF if they feature.

With the exception of the injured Calero, all of Málaga’s other summer signings (Cruz, Dotor and Salinas) are included in the squad, while the suspended Aaron Ochoa misses out.
