Málaga CF and a large representation of the Málaga sports press held their traditional festive gathering at La Rosaleda Stadium.
The Tribuna VIP area of the Blue and White stadium was the chosen location for the classic Christmas lunch between the Club and the Press this year.
Club advisers Francisco Martín Aguilar and José Antonio Ruiz Guerra, together with department heads (Manolo Gaspar, Alberto Martínez, Carlos Arias and Ana Vera) as well as Lucas Rodríguez and Basti representing the MCF Foundation, attended the event that also included Pepe Mel and Nacho Pérez at the beginning, first and second coach of the Malaguista first team.
Mel himself opened the event with some affectionate words towards the media, making a toast together with Martín Aguilar, in the latter case for success and good health during the festive season.
The professionals from both the written press, radio, audio-visual and graphic media and digital portals covering the daily news of our club, enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere and the united desire to convey lots of positive news about Málaga CF in 2023.
Judicial administrator, José María Muñoz wasn’t able to attend due to professional commitments. The classic toast to the media by Martín Aguilar took place at the end, featuring words of remembrance for Jorge Ramos, the iconic sports journalist who passed away and who greatly enjoyed these Christmas gatherings.
