Chelsea and Koné feel at home at CEIP San Sebastián

The two members of the male and female first teams were the protagonists of another class of ‘Blue and White Values’ at the Mijas-based school.

Women’s team goalkeeper, Chelsea, and male first team striker, Koné featured in another session of ‘Blue and White Values’. Two players who have undoubtedly had to face many adversities to become professional footballers, and as such are the best possible ambassadors of values such as effort, overcoming adversity and perseverance.

Chelsea and Koné talked to the boys and girls at CEIP San Sebastián in Mijas about the healthy habits they follow relating to nutrition and in their daily lives. They also shared their experiences and knowledge with the students as professional players.

The pupils’ behaviour was exemplary, and they asked some very good questions to both players that they answered politely. As well as the two players, the Club was represented by Fernando González, coach/coordinator of the Genuine team and Sebastián Fernández Reyes, ‘Basti’, from the Social Department of the MCF Foundation.
