César, a left-winger with the Blue and Whites’ ‘Cadete Autonómico’ side, headed up by David Cabello, was called-up last season by the Andalucían regional selection. The home grown defender will join Spain’s under-16s in training at Las Rozas Football City (Madrid) between 25th and 27th January.
