Cenk Gönen is called-up by Turkey’s national team

The Malaguista goalkeeper has been included in his country’s line-up to take part in two matches against Ukraine and Croatia. En-Nesyri and Hicham (Atlético Malagueño winger) have been called-up to Morocco’s under-20’s squad.

Málaga CF goalkeeper Cenk Gönen has been included in Fatih Terim’s list of called-up players for two 2018 Russia World Cup qualifiers, against Ukraine (2/9/2017) and Croatia (5/9/2017).

Turkey are third in Group 1 with 11 points out of six games. With three victories, two draws and one defeat, they follow Croatia and Iceland, who are in first and second place in the group.

In addition, first team striker, Youssef En-Nesyri and Atlético Malagueño winger, Hicham Boussefiane have been called-up to Morocco’s U-20 squad to take part in an international tournament in Gadir, between 30th August and 4th September.
